Bug: 2nd weekend now with Massive FPS drops and Lag spikes while fighting bosses in Dungeons

Ok really ZoS? This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Last Friday myself and 3 other guildies had random Lag spikes (up to 2000+ ms) and FPS drops (down to 1 fps). And always seemed to happen at boss fights (last boss). This Friday (6/23/17) we had a different guildie with us..so this is a 5th person...same thing. Had to give up because there was no way to beat the last boss in Imperial City Prison with this (and this was my first time making it this far....ugh). We are all on PC
WTH is going on?
I can honestly say with all the BS nerfing, constant changes to gear, changes to regen rates....I have hung in there and not really complained. But this is totally un-acceptable. The game is unplayable right now.
