So on Eso live Gina said some changes to proc sets are coming next patch but she doesn't know what they are . They discussed further changes in the future but no mention of exactly what is planned . Is this good news or what for ESO ?! Wild speculation and suggestions appricated .

Oh they'll be here, but I can say that I have 2 characters that don't use proc sets currently and 1 NB that I cheesed out to the max to enjoy it before they nerf it. Good times.1 -

Honestly cant be worse than the mismanagement that's allready going to occur. Of course, what his the PTS hits live.
So, I expect proc sets across the board will get nerfed, a limiter might get implimented later, but no nerfs will be rethought.0 -

Damage values lowered similar to the Defiler change? Hmmm....
Still, for myself its a bit of a downer. I don't PVP, but recognize the need to adjust these types of sets for it, I make use of the sets on non conventional builds to help with survivability. I think something like preventing all sets from being able to proc together would add to my recent lack of motivation to play due to the recent sustain changes. Its been said many a time of course but I do wish sets could have multiple characteristics allowing for better balance of PVE & PVP.
