So i've gotten bit froma vamp, i am now a vamp B) and i picked up another couple pieces of light armor, (skill line finally shows) invested in the magicka recovery.

Im currently level 15 <2nd bar yay> with all my points in magicka (around 17) Sword/board Nightblade.
My rotation is Strife, into Pierce armor into another strife into vamp drain, and its dropping foes like flys, but am wondering if im missing something? Ive held off on getting some abilties from other trees but maybe that isnt a good idea? I also picked up spell reflect from 1h/s tree havnt morphed it, but i havnt really been using it, not enough casters i guess.

Next thing i want to do is start crafting/enchanting, my looted gear is cool so far with set bonuses and what not. But i feel im falling behind in the crafting area. Havnt really touched it.

Be liberal with your skill point use into other skill lines. There are so many skill points available in the game that the next one is always just around the corner (350+ I believe). Respeccing is very cheap and never increases in cost, so don't worry about that.

I would pick up some skills, like Assassin's Blade (morph into Impale) and Grim Focus (morph into Merciless Resolve). The first is good for quickly finishing enemies at low Health, while the second is a nice damage buff and a source of burst damage during a longer fight.

You also might want to try out Dual Wield or Destruction staff. Both will provide more damage options than 1hand and shield. Nightblades have a lot of defensive skills and healing available to them to make up for dropping sword and shield.

But most of all, do what you have fun with!

Edit: as far as crafting goes, I would hold off on it until you are higher level with more skill points. You won't get much out of it right now and it requires a pretty large skill point investment.

It can be very expensive, for around 220 skill points it normally costs 10,000 gold to Respec

It does increase and is based upon how many skill points you have, the more, the more expensive.

Right now it's very cheap because of the Morrowind release but it will go back up at some point. Now is the time to try a bunch of stuff

10,000 gold comes with a couple of hours of normal play, really. Not to mention that just redoing morphs is only 10% of that cost.

I was meaning that it doesn't increase each time you respec, like WoW did. Sorry for the ambiguity there.

The point I was getting at is to spend skill points and try out new abilities, as respeccing isn't a big deal in this game.
