Crown Crates and Motifs

Either I missed that the last season or they really added this misfeature in this season: you can buy the Order of the Hour, Minotaur and Draugr motif books from Crown Gems (and I assume they are in the crates ?), but no longer can you buy that directly with Crowns. This is new low, forcing you to game with Crates if you waited for the motif to be able to be bought with Crowns.
Yes I know, they are not that expensive anymore (if you can find them in the stores that is) but looking forward to stuff like Silken Ring or Mazzatun looks bleak ....

✭✭✭Judging by the 200 gems required to buy these motifs, it's probably better that they didn't end up on the CS. We're talking around 10k crowns here at least. ZoS and their delusional pricing when it comes to motifs. The fact you can get the dro m'athra mount for half the investment of the Draugr motif says it all really.
Bleak in more ways than one.

People are buying them. I think ferraris are overpriced, but that's mainly because I can't afford one.
Oh and I agree, I think the prices are crazy, but they wouldn't be that way if people weren't buying them.0 -

✭✭Putting motifs in the clown crates instead of letting us purchase them directly from the store is a new low for ZOS. I wouldn't mind this one bit, if the motifs were available in the store as well but this?2 -
me_ming✭✭✭✭✭I hate it that there are more things in the crown crates that I like more than in the crown store. Why don't just ZoS replace Crown Store to Crown Crates.
