Housing: Interactable furniture suggestions

First of all: I hate posting in General for Housing, we need a housing category, please.
Now as far as I've checked the list, I was unable to find the following things, but I would really love it if they added furnishings like these:
Customizable (way)signs
These are housing things I love to see added, though I don't expect the ladders to become a thing. What kind of interactable furnishing items would you like to see added? And what do you think of these suggestions?

Customizable (way)signs
- Description: You're not on the road, but with the size of certain houses, it would great if you could have signs that tell you which way you need to take to enter the arena and which one for the spectators area. Or maybe for simpler things, like "This is the kitchen", "Guest house", "Men's / Women's bathroom". It could also work for people that like to hang up an inspirational message above their fireplace.
- Functionality: You can place a sign, and they'll tell you to write "/sign <message>" in chat or open up a window with a textbox, where you can fill the text you want the sign to contain. After accepting, you press your action button to read the signs.
- Description: You can place these and use them to get to a higher platform or go down without having to take fall damage or go through a thousand rooms again to a certain point.
- Funtionality: In order to work, it requires three segments): The ladders, a bottom and upper platform. The platforms on both ends are used to prevent people from falling off. A small area near the ladders would have to be empty as well, so the players can safely get from point A to point B, without getting stuck in the floor/ceiling or other awkward collisions.
These are housing things I love to see added, though I don't expect the ladders to become a thing. What kind of interactable furnishing items would you like to see added? And what do you think of these suggestions?

✭Never thought about signs, seems like a good idea but not on my priority list.
Yes to ladders and ropes but also generic doors (beating the dead horse here).
I was going for the skyshard and cave delver achieve in Cyro and there's a cave there (EP area, can't remember the name) with a water swirl that takes you directly to the lower cave - love it and want it for my place!
In general, anything that helps you transit between a place and another.2
