    Well, no. Reason for that is simple - Zos would not be able to ballance them and it would ruin most races even more.

    No because I already don't like that race contributes to min/max. Maybe if each ability was non-combat, like Orcs get something blacksmith related.

    My answer is no, but not because there are to many abilities.

    Race has meaning and I think that is good for a game. I do not think we need to push that further.

    Well, to me it sounds like a very bad idea considering the lack of balance already among various races and complexity involved in attempting to balance all the existing skill lines etc, but I say yes anyways because it would be fun.

    Yes I would because that could help diversify builds.

    No because what'll actually happen is the opposite - a hardening of player attitudes that you must play this race if you play this class, role or resource pool.

    The wolf in me thinks yes, but I worry about the sheep.

    I think it will be more fun if when you reach cp 160. You will gain access to another slot of active skill and accesory granting you a total of 6 active skill slots and a total of 4 accessories instead of 3. changing everybody's play style and armor combinations.

    Active racial abilities would, doubtless fit the 'round peg round hole' tripe of the passives - further discouraging playing outside the box . I only play magicka characters and I only play Bosmer. I will seek another game before I depart from that habit. We don't need more things that try to pigeonhole certain races into certain roles.

    I don't really hate the idea but I'd rather effort went into developing new full-featured skill lines like one handed and rune, alteration staff, or necromancy rather than giving each race a new gimmick.

    No because some are just for fun (like the Khajiit Night-sight) while others are combat-related (Orsimer Beserk for example), so it would create a huge inbalance in the game.

    On topic: When speaking of Active Skills, it should be limited to non-combat skills, or just function as a buff for their currently owned and rather useless passive.
    Example: Argonian active skill: For 1 minute, swim 200% faster. Morphs: Gain minor expedition (10s) after you stop swimming / You can now use this skill when you're swimming.

    In other words, active racial skills that are only usefull for Roleplaying purposes. No need for special and usefull skills. I don't think Argonians need the Histskin power from Skyrim, they're tanky and sustainable enough already.

    Yes, but only on these conditions:
    1. These abilities scale with Magicka and Stamina, whichever is higher. (Or neither and have a fixed scaling factor relative to level).
    2. These abilities should have no more or less usefulness than other abilities.
    3. These abilities should be set up in such a way to increase diversity but still fit lore. For example, Dunmer could have an Ancestral Guardian ability that gives the target minor lifesteal to help heal the player when attacking.

    This kind of thing could be a great addition if done right. But if it's just going to pigeonhole builds even further I don't want it. Just my 2¢.
