To summarise I am trying to build a "S&B battle healer" spec which is very casual and meant for my solo play alone.

It is just for completing quests/delves without much of a hassle.

I am currently at CP 75 and hoping to ding atleast CP 100 by this weekend.

My objectives are as follow

a) Main : OHS (love the shields) / Off : Resto Staff (need solid heals especially for multiple pulls and for "oh-crap" moments)
b) Able to sneak atleast for 20seconds without going oom (around 8-10 casts of Shadow Cloak)..As pure Magicka (Dest/Rest) I never go OOM but I dont like the playstyle..I need shields :)
c) This is only for solo play and NOT intended for group or any group-level PVE content.
d) Not a PVPer
e) I dont care about the damage. All I care about is play with shields and must be able to outlast my opponents while able to sneak for a long time.

For attributes I plan to something like

Stam : 46
Magicka : 38

For gear

5 pc Heavy Armor (full Stam) (Vampire's Kiss probably ?)
2 PC Light Armor (Magicka..to get the LA passives)

Rings/Neck : Magicka (recovery glyphs)

CP

The Apprentice (Blessed : 25...to get increased healing)
The Lover (Arcanist : 25...to get Magicka Recovery)
The Lord (Quick Recovery or Heavy Armor Focus ?)

Qs

a) Do you think I will have any sustain issues especially while sneaking and healing ?.

b) I am guessing my Stam sustain should not be an issue as I will be primarily using LA/HA (Relentless Focus+ Leeching Strikes) combo

c) With respect to The Lord CP where do you think I should put CP points for my playstyle ?..Does the healing from Lord (Quick Recovery) stack with Apprentice(Blessed) ?

Any other inputs with spells/abilities/gear set suggestions are welcome

You've probably seen in the forums by now, @vpy, that hybrid builds just aren't quite there for end game purposes.

However, the requirements that you're asking for aren't end game ... so you can probably fulfill your needs adequately until you get to higher CP and figure out if you want to stick with that playstyle.

For this sort of role, my choice would be as follows:

5x Shadow Dancer's Raiment (Greenshade Overland; includes jewelry)
5x Shacklebreaker (Morrowind Crafted; 6 traits)
2x/1x (your choice - probably some sort of monster set or whatever you have)

I did something similar with my first toon. It works ok, but TTK can be a bit slow. I would suggest aiming for as much passive damage as possible and stacking mag a bit higher.

Probably will be very weak bcs there isnt much cp points and there is problem that u cant wear 5x heavy and 5x light to get both passives so you will have to decide if ur goin to be more magicka based or stamina based... I mean u can put up hybrid but will only be good for doin quests - role playing or maybe pvp but if you enjoy... Try there is no harm...

I would take low slash over puncture for aoe trash. As solo u won't need to worry about aggro.

Hmm... your build may be able to tank better and heal better if you dropped the sword and board abilities and replaced them with nightblade abilities. In particular sap essence is amazing on any tanky magblade.

If you wanted to keep the concept of you build, but implement it in a non-hybrid way then I would suggest using these crafted sets.

    5 pc armour master, 3 body pieces and 1h + s
5 pc Julianos, 4 body pieces and resto staff
Jewellery - any 3 piece set, but willpower or endurance ideally.

With this set up, if you activate annulment (light armour damage shield) on your sword and sheld bar then you will have insane resistance. If you also use the major resistance buff for using shadow abilities, and minor resistance buffs from mirage then you will almost have maxed out resistance EVEN IN LIGHT ARMOR.

Swap bar to your resto staff and Julianos's 5 piece activates, so these abilities have much more spell damage, so better heals.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.
