Disable blade of woe or feed?

Maybe I've just missed it? But I find it very annoying that those two "skills" use the same button. Sneaking up to and NPC using and want to use Blade of Woe, but accidently feeds. Any way to completely disable one or the other or both, or have separate buttons for each?
