And someone can be a member of one of the many tracing guilds that get decent locations and some have weekly/monthly dues or raffle ticket requirements. Turn off guild chat and then they cannot be annoying.

Harder to corner a market and jack up prices on commonly traded goods with the guild trader system. It also provides a more interactive experience, being in a guild where everyone shares the singular purpose of wanting to sell at a specific location and keep said location.
I will agree that the UI is bad at the moment, but that can be fixed without overhauling the trade system.
