    In game, I use drinks. Witchmother's brew or Dubious Camoran throne, depending on do I play magicka or stamina chars. Irl, I like BBQ, ice cream, apples, kiwi, bananas, chocolate cakes, pizza, mashed potatoes, tuna, and many other things.

    Some fruit, cut into pieces in a bowl so I can use a fork and won't get my keyboard+mouse all sticky.

    I don't eat while I game. I need both hands for most efficiency. And my pc is so fast, loading screens don't take long enough for a quick bite.
    It's good though, no snacks, no needless weight gain.

    Conclusion: Games are good for you.
