Really long loading screens selecting character and changing locations

✭been having that for the last couple of weeks, along with loads now happening within an area. No I don't have more than 19 quests active.0 -
Sortep1977✭✭My game just freezes. It works fine, but at the loading screen it just freezes. I can't go to task manager or anything. I'm gonna try and reinstall.0 -

The process is:
Loading screen for login
-times out with "inactive" message
Load again to login
-Sometimes makes it to character select
select and load character
- load screen with spinning ourbous
- -times out with inactive message
Start again;
repeat until you decide to go the forum and whine about it
Don't change characters; or you'll start the whole process adain
Then when you do finally get in, the character environment is measured as FPS2 - LAT999+
I got suspenders for saying "Testicular Mass" instead of "Balls". like, rilly.0 -

i have been having the long load times also. i have also had the game load as i run thru vivec city.0
