After last nights xb1 update all my chars are gone. I am on the right profile, etc...it just takes me from the morrowind screen to the char creator. tried resets, console reboot, relogging profile, swearing at to mara and dibella (they weren't helpful) and @zenimax ive been a paying eso+ subscriber since day 1. this is totally unacceptable.

I will do everything on my end to try to fix it, wait for you to look into it, but if all my toons are gone and it is because "oops idk what happened sorry turbo!" then i really feel that 2 years of eso plus subscriptions, base game, and morrowind should be returned to me as monetary compensation.

seriously, lets work this out. I put this in the forums in addition to a ticket because, this game (which I love) should be given better quality control. Like battlegrounds queues should work when you advertise morrowinds coolest feature as...battlegrounds...

@ZOS_GinaBruno, if you could kindly implore someone who take care of these things (i referenced you because I like your eso live videos and dont know what the other zos people on the forums do haha) to really look into this complaint and the subsequent ticket im sending, you would not lose the ideal ESO customer- someone who brings in new people via my newbie friendly give-stuff-away guild, eso+ payer, morrowind buying, crown purchasing lover of your game. I even made a 'lets say what we LIKE about eso instead of more complaining' thread (wasnt very popular lol), but i love u guys and this game, and really loved my characters.

This should never happen. let's resolve this.

morrowind is great btw. I love the warden. and ESO in general.
