Camera bug using mount (camera moves all across the land)

It's a very old bug now and never solved. After I teleported with way shrine and press the key for mount, the camera moves all across the land and I have to wait until it reach my position. This is very annoying. When can we expect this bug will be solved? I mean, it's not that hard to just adjust the camera to player position if the player use his mount. One line of code maybe.
And the second thing I want to say. Why the *** do you force me into 3rd person view at all? Do you force 3rd person player into 1st person view? No! Never! So why do you think it is a good idea to force 1st person player into 3rd person? If I want it, I press the *** key.
Sorry for my language, but I got very angry at this point, because many games do so and I really hate that.
Oh, and I love the game. Even with this *** 3rd person thing. But please consider to change that. ;D

Yes, just go into a tight space, you camera will get moved to 1rst Person until you get out of it. Or be backed up to a wall in combat and your going into 1rst Person.
As for 1rst Person Mount Riding, it does not exist. We had it in a previous TES game and quite frankly, its weird. You probably really don't want it even if they offered it. Imagine running around with one of those Stick horses between your legs and all you see is the neck and head. Yea, it's kind of like that, with the addition of an unnatural turning motion.
As for the flying camera, I have ever seen this on the PC version, so what platform are you on?

I want first person in every situation. Even on horse or as werwolf. If I don't want it, there is a button to change it. Let the player have the choice.
I installed a Mod in the Skyrim Game to have the 3d Person View with camera position changed to first person view. So everything is now first person. Even the sneak roll perk is first person and I love it. And with Vorpx I play it with my HTV Vive! No problem to play it. It is so much more immersive now.
