Can't log in/Can't get to character select screen

So i've heard about this fiasco with players having their accounts suspended but that hasn't happened to me. When I log on the website my account is still active and i've had no email. It just hangs on a loading screen for 10 minutes then tells me I timed out from the server due to inactivity.
Anyone else had this problem. The game was working for me up until Mondays maintenance and ever since then has not worked.

grkkll✭✭✭✭I haven't seen this after the recent slot but I've had this before, after a maintainence slot and found I had to use the repair function which fixed the issue1 -
