Can anyone point me to where I can find out what level everything is in Cyrodiil?

I have encountered the post Morrowind overpowered NPC's and keep reading the term 'level 5 resource' but would like to know which keeps and resources are what level.

    Open your map then left click on said resource/keep. That should bring up a box to the left side telling you which level the resource/keep/npcs are.

    On PS4 - don't have a left click. Will take a look and see if I get any options when I move my arrow over it tonight.

    Just thought there might be a list somewhere, unless it changes depending on who owns what on the map.

    Nothing I can find on the game in PS4 to tell me what level the resources are. Anyone got any info?

    ugh, i thought if you hovered over the keep/outpost/resource from map view it would list everything...i see it on accident all the time when I go to rez...

    i think you can click keeps or resources with x when you hover over them. (ps4)

    This is correct. Pull up the map (but not while at a transit shrine) then move cursor over the keep/resource and hit X to see stats on it.
