Are vMA Dual Wield Weapons Still widely used for end-game stamina characters?

Curious about it. Do you use them for the ability enchantment DoT empower, or the base weapon damage increase, or both, or not at all?

✭✭✭✭✭I use themI would guess that they can still work very well on a stamina DK (since they have 2 of the strongest DoT´s in the game) but on stamblade, stamsorc, stamplar (can´t say anything regarding stamina warden since I haven´t played that one yet) there´re other/better options. Main reason is simply because of the sustain-nerfs, it´s difficult to maintain the empowerd DoT rotation with vMA weapons (with exceptions of course). On a stamina DK you can use a Heavy attack oriented build (40% extra HA dmg from molten arnaments) and still benefit from the empowered dots, and not running low on Resources.
In PvP there´re some builds that can benefit from vma weapons empowerd DoT, but I don´t see/read about them that often to be honest.....0 -
lonewolf26✭✭✭✭✭otherDepends on the toon. I find I use them more on my stam sorc as I've plenty of penetration from other sources and need a full set of vicious to keep dps rolling. On my nightblade I swapped weapons to vicious ophidian so I could run a monster helm set.0

MCBIZZLE300✭✭✭✭✭I don't use themI use the Bow. I have sharpened daggers but dont use em for 2 reasons, annoying rotation and sustain issues. On my stam i use 5 vo 5 spriggans, its not bis but pretty good.0
