XBOX - Bug - Eastmarch area, issue with Skuldafn and mistwatch
I have got an achievement for completing all quests within Eastmarch but cannot get an access to Skuldafn and Mistwatch. It stops me from completing Cadwell's quest. I've been dealing with customer support for over a week and they were not able to help me, finally they sent me here. At this point quick response would be highly appreciated.

Mine is bugged too. I'm at the mistwatch part of caldwells silver and I goto the cave and talk to people and it doesn't trigger any quest. So I tried skipping and going to Joranns stand or whatever and still no one will give me a quest. I managed to find the hidden portal to mistwatch and still nothing to do there I talk to the priest and nothing0 -
Wonky_Jr✭✭This happened to me when I abandoned the quest. Have you been to Fort Amol and picked the quest up from the npc? She then directs you to the cave with a portal I think.0
