Bow/bow build backbar enchant does NOT proc

i have had an discussion before about you dont need a backbar enchant when you run Bow/Bow but now i know the reason why.
ok so i run Bow/bow builds most of the time and i never get the enchant proc with my backbar, i have now seen that my backbar attacks proc my mainbar wepon enchant and i think the reason is that i use bow/bow and its the "same" wepon so it will proc the enchant on the wepon i have up at the moment due to i have never had the problem now when i run a magica build with two destro staff but one fire other lightning.
have anyone else noticed it? or will i just get the comments like ugh Bow/Bow sucks go DW/Bow then my answer is no i like Bow/Bow.

I use 2 lightning staves and both enchants proc on it. Of course they're different enchants as power/power won't stack, etc.. Are you using the combatmetrics addon to verify your results? If not i highly suggest you do.0 -

i play on Ps4 so i dont have any addons ;( but the thing is that i have tryed to do it like this. i have an enchant or a poison on my back bar and use endless hail and swap to my front bar. i get a proc but its the wepon enchant that i have on my front bar that procs or nothing at all. i have never needed to charge or refill poisons on my back bar when i have used endelss hail during trails etc. only time i had to charge it is when i had bombard and was spamming it on my back bar.
