Budding Seeds bug

This warden's skill provides no healing when it goes off. Been lvling a friend of mine in skyreach and he was throwing Budding Seeds on me. Skill only heals when I press synergy, otherwise I get no healing at all. It just disappears after 6 seconds.
Also, he said he can't activate it early even if he presses the button again. Nothing happens.

ShauniusSoul ShrivenI am having the same issue, if I activate the ability before the 6 second timer it disappears and does no healing whatsoever. ZOS please fix this. Budding Seeds was the only heal I used and now it is essentially useless0
