CP system /Questing Addon

I am currently at CP 61 and with the enlightenment buff my CP gathering is pretty decent while regular questing.
When does it slow down ?
2)
My other alts are a lvl 30 templar and lvl 17 warden. When they ding 50 will they start from CP 1 or will they also have the maximum CP in my account ?
If the CP is indeed based on the maximum number under my account, then it does not make sense for me to buy gear from CP 1 to CP 160 from guild store....right ?
Because I am hoping to ding atleast CP 160 on my NB before starting to level my warden/templar and when they (warden/templar) do ding level 50, they can directly access the gear for CP 160 instead of CP 1-159...right ?

Are there any addons that tell me how questing is left pending in a zone. I would like to complete all of AD quests before going to DLC/Morrowind. Is there any way to do that ?
4) Does the enlightenment gets refreshed everyday or it sticks with me only for certain number of CP and falls off permanently ?

You should start experiencing some slow downs from cp140 onwards.

When your alts hit level 50, they will automatically get the CP which you have gained before. You can even start using CP before you even hit level 50 with your alts.

Enlightenment will get refreshed from time to time. It does get stacked to a certain amount of exp as well (if I'm not wrong 4,800,000 exp).1
