Anyway I can start the dark brotherhood quests without "killing an innocent civilian". ?

    And you will have to kill more as the story progresses.

    A work around is to RP your character has become possessed by something.

    This DLC/quest line is a good example of why it may be essential to have multiple charters when one is trying to role play.
