Like I have said before, shrouded daggers (morph of last skill on dual wield tree) is one hell of a skill when soloing PvE. Very much overlooked in most Stam NB rotations, but is as powerful if not more powerful than Killers Blade, and likewise it heals you. Its also a cone AOE upto 3 targets.

    @Bonzodog01

    Uh, what?

Shrouded Daggers is not a cone and it doesn't heal you either. It bounces and hits up to 2 other targets.

And it is nowhere near as powerful as Killer's Blade because it is not an execute.

I love my magicka NB :)) Switched from stamina and happy about it. All my chars are magicka so I don't have to stress so much about gear (magicka sorc, nb and templar) .

Stam NB's are not for new players.

And they can hit 46k single target self buffed.

    Not weak by any means.

You mean one hit doing that much damage?

Easy enough to destroy mobs on stamblades, no offence OP but learn your class and rotation etc, before wanting nerfs

You do not know enough of a decent stamblade to know what is good or not, again no offence.

    UPDATE

Upon seeing the responses I respecced (mind you this is the first respec from level 15 ) to full Stam NB and I am extremely pleased by the performance/sustain/survivability/damage.

Should have just stuck with Stam instead of ditching it at 15 and complaining about it at CP 40 without actually playing at it the current level.
    Or
Did they get a buff or something in the last 3 months...I honestly dunno..but I am lovin it

As of now the Stam NB playstyle is damn fluid and amazing...feel like "Ninja Gaiden"

Special thanks to @GreenhaloX @Furinol @Stannum @Koensol @TheShadowScout for patiently explaining and clearing my misconceptions.

    /peace out

Yeah, hey man, appreciate the mentioned. However, I didn't realize you were referring to a non-cp lower level toon. Any toons in such lower level and while still leveling up will have such deficiencies. Ha ha. Well, I'm glad you decided to stick around with the Stamblade. It also wasn't one of my fav toon, and yeah, I do somewhat agree that sustainability and survivability of a NB can be daunting, but, like any other toons, in the right hands, a NB can be outright deadly. Especially, when a NB goes invis and throws that Reaper's Mark on you and then tearing you down with poison shots.. ***, ha ha. Also, yeah, a NB does lack its own good damage shield, but I readjusted and threw on the Bone Shield once unlocked, which is quite effective. So, for self-healing, you have to get Vigor for a NB. Anyways, good luck and keep enjoying the game as best as you can. Lord knows, we need it for this patch.

Stam NBs are very squishy. They take a lot of practice to play well.

Actually, you're kind of right; however (as some, I'm sure, would not agree with me on using HA), I actually threw on the Plaque Doctor set and combo it with either Spriggan or Vipers. It's actually quite efficient for survivability; the extra health and resistance from the PD. You still get a decent dps or damage output with sharpened Spriggin/Viper and adding on a couple Fighter Skills and Flawless Dawnbreaker. I can still enjoy some of the signature NB skillsets. Also, I'm fairing quite better soloing with this setup, and not as squishy as when going all out with just mediums and a couple HA pieces.

They aren't really that squishy now.

Using Surprise Attack means you get Major Ward + Major Resolve pretty much 100% of the time, Mirage gets you Minor Ward + Minor Resolve + Major Evasion, Deadly Cloak gets you 25% AoE mitigation ...

My stamblade is sitting at nearly 20k resistance at all times, plus Deadly Cloak and either Major Evasion (Mirage) or the heals from Vigor or Leeching Strikes.

People always talk about how survivable stamsorcs are ... because they get Major/Minor Ward/Resolve from Hurricane and Bound Armaments and the HoT from Critical Surge ... but stamblades get all of those same benefits now (plus Major Evasion) from Shadow Barrier/Mirage/Leeching Strikes.

Also, unmorph Spinning attack to the other one. It adds major endurance buff (even if not attacking anything, spinning by yourself), which gives a 20% regen boost during the buff. It doesn't have the attack radius, but the 20% is better than giving up an Ult. slot to get less from WW being on the bar.

No, no, no....You use Relentless Focus and Leeching Strike for resource management. Trust me, you want the extra range on your Steel tornado. Also, the special attach from Relentless Focus hits like a truck.
