    Summary:
Transmog: Yes, being worked on, no ETA.
    Housing STorage: Nope
Respecs: Single skill line respec planned (no ETA).

Horns of Reach: New Dungeons, New Houses
Clockwork City: Mini-Trial = Trial with less bosses

XBox One X: 4k/30fps, with better graphics (reflections, etc)

Fantastic news about transmog system, however the really bad news is theres no ETA, wich means we might and possibly will have to wait until 2018+ for it to hit live.

Transmog could be implemented like costume dying, ESO+ perk but single use can be purchased in the crown store for people who do not subscribe.

But, it's ZOS, so best to expect them to get it wrong!

Transmogrification system : not sure if the word is actually in any dictionary, or if it is just gamers' slang. Anyway, it's supposed to mean the ability to CHANGE the appearance (skin) of a piece of gear or equipment to any style available in the game, to each individual's liking. For instance, if you like skinchanger style but must wear a dropped set that comes in Ra-Gada style, you can change those parts to skinchanger style without affecting the stats or set properties of the gear.

    In Matt Firor's words :
It’s a system where you can take your favorite armor attributes and apply it on the visual appearance of the armor that you want to wear.

    @OhAmex, more or less, yes.

it would allow changing the appearance of gear to styles your character has already learned, only. Most likely, just as with the converters, the items would probably be bound on conversion.

Again, there's probably a bit that indicates to override the normal visual appearance with the Imperial/Morag Tong appearance.

The easiest way for them to do this would be to link appearances, having them separate from set attributes, with dye colors added at the end.

    My way to do this:

    DB side: add an Item.VisualMotif field to complement the existing Item.BaseMotif field (keep the .BaseMotif for reversion);
Game mechanic: I have an item I wish to transmog:

IF I am a crafter of sufficient level (ie L50/10 for CP160) AND
IF I know the target motif for that piece (head, chest, etc) AND
IF I have researched the trait for that piece (if any) AND
IF I have a Mimic Stone (this is the profit bit for ZoS that also distinguishes this system from the prepaid transmog system)
THEN I can change the visual style of the item at the appropriate crafting station.

If you have a large number of items in your bank it could take longer. People would get irritated by this, so it would need minimising as much as possible.

@AdamBourke, come on dude! What could be the difference between accessing a chest in your house or accesing your own bank from your personal banker? I see no difference at all.

Both would be connecting to the server to check the contents, and the banker (that currently does that) loads really fast, even when I have almost 300 items with him. And I'm not even talking about a bank in a town, I'm talking about my personal banker (so my own instance), same as it would be a chest in my house.

Based on this, it seems you mean then that if the storage unit looks like a chest it's difficult to work but if the storage unit looks like a human banker it works with no issues?

More, I can put my banker inside my house (as a furniture), access him and the 300 items he stores still load fast (regardless a slow day or not). So, when I put the banker in my house he is working like a "chest" (and works perfectly).

Chest, banker, banker, chest, it's the same...

Where's the problem ? Just because some features are "for-money-only" doesn't mean that all similar features must be "for-money-only" too. And nothing (unfortunately) says that "transmogrification" ... errr... style conversion ... won't be a crown-store-only feature...

While the trait criterion could be removed, I added it to try to give some value to the immense amount of time and effort long-term crafters have to go to to become 9-trait with most or even all of the available motifs. The Mimic Stone criterion, or something functionally equivalent, is necessary to distinguish the system from the existing transmog system that people have paid good money for. If everybody suddenly got the same functionality only better for nothing then all hell would break loose and rightly so.

The summary forgets to mention that Matt Firor takes us for fools. I mean, really.

He says that transmog and additional storage face heavy technical difficulties !!!
    It is pretty technically complex.
We can’t just increase storage because Elder Scrolls Online is just not setup for that. We would love to, but we don’t have plans for it right now.

I, admittedly, am no programmer. But I am computer literate enough to understand that there is nothing, absolutely nothing technically difficult in applying a texture that already exists to a gear (basically, a set of stats) that already exists. Also, there is absolutely nothing difficult is telling any given inventory item to contain X maximum slots instead of Y maximum slots.

So please Mr. Firor, do not take me for stupid.

The "difficulties" you are "facing" are strictly related to how you are going to implement it in the game as either (or both) a gameplay incentive or/and a mean of monetization. Which, by the way, are fair and serious questions. But no "technical difficulties".

And the reason why you don't want to increase storage aren't technical. It's just that storage is the undisputed number one incentive for players to subscribe.

    want lol button.

There isn't much of a difference if the chests are accessing the entire bank. Some difference if they are only accessing stuff that was put in that chest, but not a big one. I don't have the personal banker - but I've noticed that sometimes my in-town bank seems to open slower than other times - which I put down to it needing to connect to the server. I also made an assumption that the bank stuff is pre-loaded when you enter a building/area with a bank. IT could be that it also preloads when you have the personal banker active. OR it could be loaded all the time. OR it could be a really fast service affected mostly by the player's internet speed.

It could be a non-issue, I don't work for ZOS, just guessing at some issues that might make it technically difficult.

@jcaceresw I believe the DLC will CONTAIN a Mini-trial, not BE a mini-trial. It;s supposed to include 10 hours of new stuff, so it should be a zone with a storyline. And I think it was previously said (before we knew what it was) that Q4 would have a new zone, smaller than morrowind.
