Logging out after 5 minutes loading screen since latest hotfix...

This game coming so hard. Besides getting used to huge amount of bugs (which already got status of features) now I can't log into my characters.
I already had this issue before after one of the patches, where I was getting long loading screen and then "Error occurred, please wait a few minutes and try again" error.
To fix this I had to fully download the game again. As I'm playing through mobile phone tethering I have to make logistics manoeuvres to find limitless internet and download 60gb of data.
So ok, seems like I'm pretty much done with ESO. So I'm trying to cancel my ESO+, but suddenly the super security site stopped recognizing my PC, so it send me access code and then when I make copy\paste:
Wow! Really? ZoS, really now?
Well, after sending code again I finally get to:
Feels good.

Tomg999✭✭✭✭After every update I have an issue logging in. I reboot (pc), try like 4 times, killing it if it takes more than a few minutes, and then once I get in the first time it's fixed.
So just about every Monday I set aside like 30 minutes to try to get back into the game after the update.1 -

Last time I fixed it by fully removing and reinstalling the game with all addons0
