Crown Store treasure maps dropping no-name junk

I bought the Adventurer pack thinking I'd get normal treasure maps with bonus of them dropping gear elated to what you currently use, as explained in the tool tip on the crown store. So I went ahead and dropped real money for the thing, only to open the coffers and discover they are CE treasure maps, which immediately made think about the 3 Morrowind CE maps that dropped un-named, non-set junk (even with the treasure hunter passive on). So, being wary, I took several maps and tracked down the locations, and got this:

Here's a random Intermediate chest that dropped better gear than the CE chest just behind it:

And yet another Intermediate chest, same area as last 2 chests by the tree, and again, better loot (at least a named-set drop).......

I'm not sure if this is some kind of joke or what, but I'm definitely not laughing. Had it stated in the description "CE Maps" I would not have made the purchase. I only used 3 maps to verify it would indeed drop junk. I would either like a refund, or let me turn in the map coffers and give me a unique Dwemer mount or something as I'm not going to track these down for more blue-quality junk when the description infers you'd be getting "special" maps that drop gear based on your current build. This is bait and switch and very deceitful.

And just to be clear, the description led me to think it'd be dropping gear that would otherwise be dropping in the zone the maps were at. If 2 random Intermediate chests can drop named gear, I don't see why these crown store maps are not dropping them. Dropping crowns shouldn't result in rubedite base junk.

They've never dropped gear sets, they're basically worthless unless you're a brand new player with nothing else. Then they're only good because you might get lucky and get a blue item of value.

However yeah, these could do with having the items from the standard treasure map loot tables.

Right, but it doesn't say "CE Maps" ANYWHERE in the descriptions. It states "treasure maps", which are what are already in the game. You don't even know they are "CE Maps" until you look in the containers it puts in your inventory. Very dishonest.
