Maintain again? What is the regular maintain schedule?

    MMOs are a fickle animals, and stuff like that will always happen due to their sheer complexity. Replacing employees won't help.
    I know what would help, though. Some nice apology gift to sweeten the unexpected downtime. A complimentary crown crate, maybe - a small, basically worthless thing, but it would greatly help to make people less annoyed.

    Edit: Though, in fairness and in criticism of ZOS, they did not put up a post in the Maintenance section of the forum. They only put up the alert at top of forums.

    "[IN PROGRESS] PC/Mac: North American and European megaservers for maintenance – June 20, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC)"

    I don't know about you but I don't think it is well announced at all and I'm not interested in tracking posts to find out. Sure i DO but i don't like it.....

    More testing before patches are rolled out would certainly help. Sometimes it seems like we're all beta testers for several days (or longer) after a new patch. All the same, if they are going to do maintenance it would be nice if they could keep to the earlier times. 4:00 am start times for maintenance affect fewer people than 6:00 eastern.
