I've checked Alcast's, but that seems group, gear and trial oriented. Whats a good distribution for those of us not doing trials or wearing Twice Fanged Snake?

Cheers in advance

    Hello,
Well I would say it really depends whether you want to focus on PVP experience or PVE and also on your character's class.
could you give us these info?

    Anyway, on a general way:
    In Mage
If your build is based on fire/poison (DK build) or poison (Nightblade) = overtime damages, be sure to have at least 50 points in Thaumaturge,
50+ in Precise Strikes is needed, and around 20 in Master at Arms (The Attronach)
Magicka penetration should also benefit fire damages if you do so (DK build) or some nightblade skills.

    In Warrior
If you are 2 handed then points in vigor regen, and tenacity if you use a lot heavy attacks,
Regen health/vigor depending on your survival.
For PVP some 50 points in the Warlord,

    In Warrior
for pve, need Hardy, Elemental Defender, Thick Skinned, Ironclad,
and keep some points for either Spell Shield or increased healing on you. Resist against critical damages is not needed.

For pvp, you may want more increased healing on you, and resistance against critical damages (i forgot the name of this one).

    Is my reply helping you?

Fatty White-Claw (lvl 50+) heal trial pve
Koros Bone-Shield (lvl 50+) tank trial pve
Koros Lust (lvl 50+) dps pve, pvp
    Seiri (lvl 50+) dps pve
    Wildfire (lvl 50+) dps pvp

I would say physical weapon experts since it only buffs your LA/HA. Master at arms is also supposedly buffing your LA/HA. So if you move those 23 points to piercing you should be around the same as TFS with Nightmother's Gaze and CP combined.

I'm running a Stamina Sorcerer for PvE content. Morrowind took a rather large chunk of my DPS away as it seems LA weaving is not what it used to be.

I thought I'd take the opportunity to change focus to using 2H instead as I happened to have a Vicious Ophidian Greatsword anyway. Currently, I'm using 5x VO, 5x NMG and a Velidreth shoulder.

The red and green CP I think I've got a good grasp on, but its the Ritual and Atronach that ellude me. In particular, piercing vs. everything else. Alcast has no points in piercing, but TFS adds 5k penetration anyway, NMG only adds half of that, so what should I sacrifice to bolster piercing?

Well I just solo'd the Dubdil Alar Tower world boss in Vvardenfell with this setup, so I'm gonna stick with it.

Bar 1: brawler, camoflaged hunter, reverse slice, crit surge, bound armaments, Flawless Dawnbreaker

Bar 2: endless hail, caltrops, poison injection, hurricane, bound armaments, devouring swarm

Blue: 37 Thaumaturge, 48 Precise Strikes, 11 Piercing, 49 Mighty, 25 Physical weapons expert, 40 Master at arms

    Green: 31 Sprinter, 75 Tenacity, 56 Mooncalf, 48 Tumbling

    Red: 61 Ironclad, 56 Hardy , 56 Elemental defender, 37 Thick Skinned.

    Cheers!

Is that mean someone who is a medium armor user , should not put points into physical weapon expert, and master at arms? (Pvp)

No not at all. Really depends on your build. In pvp for example where you want burst and do lots direct dmg attack master at arms is better than thaumaturge since your not using lots of dots. Physical weapon depends on if you constantly weave LA/HA if you do then you can throw some points in into it. If you have no penetration on your sets though you might want to add some points in piercing for all the heavy armor users in PVP.
