Dual Weild Broken In PvE!?

Makes sense noticed it while doing a dps test and during a trial
overheard people say in area chat that it was broken and they was
suppose to be fixing it next patch let's see if they actually do sucks
cause I will always stay stamina for PvE I could not switch to magic.

✭✭Think the Heavy attacks/light attacks were borked on consoles after the release of morrowind. I've not heard much else of it though, so perhaps it's been patched.0 -

It's awful. Dual wield is literally unplayable in most PVE situations right now mostly overland, trials, and Maelstrom. It works fine for some reason every time I've run DSA but that's about it.0

IwakuraLain42✭✭✭✭✭And I was wondering why my DW stam toons have so much problems. But in general targeting in Morrowind is wonky as hell, trying to get Destructice Clench/Force Pulse to hit is sometimes difficult as well.
Add the fact that the last boss in HoF is extremely melee unfriendly (you only have one small spot on each platform where your attacks actually register) and I can see why a lot of people are not happy (added to the sustain changes).

✭Well, pre Morrowind I was at a measly 23k dps on the target dummy, now I'm at 13k. Sustain isnt the issue, it's the LA/HA weaving not firing. Also targetting seems to be off, so skill arent being activated when the command is input (try spamming rapid strikea in target dummy to see).

That's not true at all, PS4 is the least affected behind PC, PC and Xbox get the most bugs.
Just because there's an issue for the first time only in PS4 doesn't mean we are crowded of bugs.K1 The Big Monkey0 -
Moncho11✭✭✭We have a post in the forums with close to 100 posts regarding this issue with videos link throughout. Combat overall can be bit unresponsive with this last update. DW on the other hand is just broken. ZOS responded that they are looking into but that was a week ago and no word. If it gets fixed it will be with the incremental patch mid July. This is on both PS4 and Xbox one.0

I heard this last night in guild chat...and then in zone chat. I thought people were just lagging. I'm on PC NA. Maybe something here...but it has not yet happened to me personally.0 -
DjMuscleboy02✭✭✭✭✭The animations lag on your screen but look normal to other people. Just do your rotation and your abilities will catch up. It'll be nice when it's fixed, but it's a l2p issue.
