Cyrodiil & Appearance disguises

Is anyone else having this issue? For a while now I haven't been able to wear any picked up disguises.
The only disguises that seemed to work for me was Crown Dishdasha & Forebear Dishdasha.
I have been seeing no one dressed as goblins lately.
I'd like to know what is going on.

Magıc✭✭✭✭✭They changed it so you can't use disguises I think. Basically their way of saying they can't fix goblin costume animation hiding, so instead of working on it, just don't allow it or something like that.0 -

Well this is all disguises except the 2 i mentioned.
If it is the Goblin disguise
(which an issue i seen with goblin disguise was it'd stand on the mount instead of sitting)
they can just option to disable only that disguise in cyrodiil.
I like to wear Steel Viper Disguise along with Fort Amol Disguise because it hides my vampirism look on certain characters that I hate when they look like vampire lol.0 -

oMrRust✭✭✭✭I just rememebered on one of the disguises, I forget it's name but it makes you near invisible and it drops in greenshade and the disguise says that it wont work in Cyrodiil.
I'm assuming if it was made so none of the disguises should work in cyrodiil, shouldn't all of them say so?
even though just the two I mentioned I noticed to be only ones working in cyrodiil still.0
