✭✭✭✭StamNBs aren't OP, stacking procs is, and they are the most effective proc chassis.
MagSorcs might be a hair overtuned, but I wouldn't call them OP. They overperform in battlegrounds due to busted scoring mechanics (kill stealing>everything else in 1/3 games).Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub2 -

Dizzy swing isn't a stamDK problem though, it's a stamina thing and doesn't make stamDK OP.0
