Not getting credit for picking up the Blessing Stone, once I pick it up, the quest doesn't update, it still says to get the Blessing Stone.

scarface_wowb14_ESOSoul Shrivenmade a ticket on it and received an e-mail from the automated help service did the things it suggested. Logged off for 15 minutes and abandoned and retake it. Nothing worked.....1

I have found no solution to this either. I have tried abandoning and doing again. There is also a bug at the point where you find and talk to the Overseer. The first time you talk to her it doesn't complete the quest. But going through the conversation a second time does complete it.0

MetroSludgeSoul ShrivenI have the same issue, my guess is the overseer bug is the same thing but you can't take the item twice so it is just stuck.0

MetroSludgeSoul ShrivenIt does seem to be fixed now. I had to abandon it and retake it though as it was still stuck on the blessing stone.0
