✭✭✭✭Depends entirely on situation/group size/goal. In general, the larger the group the more I prefer magicka. On the other hand, the more interesting the terrain, the more I prefer stamina....
More enemy NPCs involved? Magicka.
More friendly NPCs? Stamina.
More countersiege? Magicka.

All the same caveats apply, though.
For instance, in a big battle in an open field (say 40v40), if I'm part of a 12 man group I'd rather be on a magicka character, generally. If I'm solo, I'd rather be on a stamina character. That's a sweeping generalization, but you get the idea--at the moment neither magicka or stamina are head and shoulders above the other, just different.
If you want the forum's general opinion on what is OP at the moment, it'll probably say proc-stacking stamina nightblade or magicka sorc. But that's a pretty shallow view of balance this patch, imo.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub0
