Bound By Love quest broken?

While this quest in Morrowind says all I have to do is dig wherever the nix hound alerts... I never have an option TO dig! Is anyone else experiencing this? The nixhound will pop up within the circled areas but when I go to it... no dig option to find the red star shells. :(

    I dig up the shells but don't get credit for having them in my bag, it's still just 0/3

    This is the second quest that has been bugged for me today. The first one was Divine Disaster, didn't get credit for picking up the Blessing Stone.

    Same here - found 3 Shells with the help of "Nixie" but they don't register with the Quest.
    Have logged out and waited for 15 min. = same result
    Have abandoned Quest - quit the game for 1 Hour = same, found the Shells but they don't advance the Quest

    Addendum
    "Nixie" shows up if a run along the Coast but I can't find any Shells where she points
    "If it bleeds, we can kill it!"

    I'm having this same issue. Relogged to see if it was something on my end, but no luck. Guess I'll abandon it until it gets patched.

    Still broken. Came here searching to see if there was a solution. Collected the shells and it says 0/3 for me also. Guess I'll just abandon the quest for now.

    I think they posted on the forum that today hotfix was about fixing quest that were broken with last patch. So that should be it.

    Probably. The strange it is that I did the quest with another char and the quest was not bugged.
