Replenishing Barrier?

Okay so I'm reading this skill and I'm confused to it's second effect on the skill. It says: " Each time a ward Dissolves, you gain 6 ultimate and 537 magkica". Does that mean each ward that was cast onto all players effected. So if 10 players had the ward, the wards disolves, and I get 60 ultimate and 5,370 magkica?

✭✭Yes you get magicka and ultimate for each individual shield but barrier is capped at 6 targets so you'll get 36 ulti + 3222 magicka2 -

✭✭✭Gods, I miss the day that Barrier could cover the entire Raid Group.
I understand that it was out of control in PvP, but would it seriously kill ZOS to make this Ultimate hit 12 people max instead of 6?Argonian forever1 -
