Luthivar✭✭✭If you only want the furniture, just wait some months then. As soon as i get my grabby little paws on the new item recipes, i'll offer them for reasonable prices. Others will do the same, I think.
The problem are the very low drop rates. Until now I only got the recipe for the small sotha sil rug (because I bought it from a shop). Ingame on Vvardenfell I found 3 purple recipes until now (looting every container possible), but not even 1 of them was a new one (which is crap, honestly - on Vvardenfell you should only find the new recipes and maybe the old dunmer/argonian recipes; drop rates are low enough).
Only the most greedy people buy those recipes right after being introduced. That's why recipes and furniture are that expensive atm. Things will get back to normal as soon as more people offer the same furniture. Just wait, don't buy overly expensive furniture, and prices will drop!1 -
