New Magicka Templar META with Morrowind?

I just want to know what is actually the best META for magicka Templar as DD, healer and maybe as tank too.
I just have experience as DD and a bit as healer. I played now longer time with this setup: 5x Julianos, 3x Willpower, 2x Grotharr or IIambris and vMSA Staffs (fire and lightning) since beta. I dont have actually the gear, but would like to know, wheater 5x Julianos, 5x master architekt and vMSA Staffs are maybe the better setup and would bring much more DPS as Templar, because of the low price Ult.
