Hall of Fabrication Unable to Return Quest

I was unable to return quest after killing final boss as had left ESO due to something.
Now quest shows talk to the Divayth Fyr and when i tele to trial, he is there but quest pointer still shows same location for quest return.
I had same issue with Hel Ra Citadel but was able to return quest by tele to trial and talk to NPC.

✭✭✭✭✭I cleared this last night and the location you talk to him to complete the quest is right after the final boss.
It could be that they've not set the NPC in the pre-trial gathering area to take hand ins, you may need to run the trial again and speak to him at the end.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

It could be they forgot to allow that this time.
