So Morrowind is here and with it a lot of changes, some good some OK some terrible bad. One of the bad ones that, I particularly dislike is the new changes made to Menders, Honor guards and other NPC's located at Cyrodill keeps and resources.
The fact that now Menders and Honor guards alike can bubble players and negate skills is very tiresome and unpleasant, add to that, new skills for both in which you get chained from afar and then bubbled or negated. Was this necessary ZOS? Up to Morrowind it was kind of difficult (not impossible) for any solo player to take a level 5 resource now is definitely impossible. I have seen players and also experienced myself been bubbled and negated at the same time, over and over by this NPC's.
Long gone now seem the days you could sneak behind enemy lines and start taking resources to help your alliance gain some ground, is such a drag now that it actually lags very bad. But the question of lag deserves a whole new post, because it is also a nerf that has to happen for this game to become playable and sustainable.
Make this change a revert or nerf down Honor guards that can heal (really they are not menders) or Menders that can use chain skills (really they are not tanks), space out the negate rate and bubble rate or do out with it all together for either a mender or a honor guard.
Perhaps then we will have a chance to enjoy more PVP in Cyro without this Superhuman NPC's, uber buffed.
