Better later than never, you will find here the review of Tel Galen , the Notable Telvanni Tower, sold for limited time.
@Nicky_W and I waited for the release on the Live server before to make our Review, as last details are often changed from the PTS. Our first opinion didn't changed though from our first impression when we discovered the Tower few weeks ago.
Anyway, here is the video, with our detailed review: description, decorating possibilities and our opinion. My first impression when i saw the announcement with the picture was: "Wow, so nice, insta-buy"
But then i take a look and its disappointing, specially the tower. Even without talking about window, its too small.
There is no basement, and the floor is very very small.
And idk but, a second floor would be so appreciated. I like the déco, but zenimax is not ambition this time.1 -

✭"Decorating challenge" is right! You guys were spot on: this is a "Buy it if you know you want it, otherwise skip it" sort of home.
That said, the vertical building space is pretty good, and the views are gorgeous. I had a lot of fun building mushroom-and-plank walkways all the way to the top, where I have a skydeck. It helps make up for the dark, cramped interiors.
The tower itself is never going to be "pretty," but I think it's a fun challenge to shoot for "imposing" or at least "interesting."Living vicariously through my characters.

✭✭Like I said in the video, I'd have almost wished to purchase myself as my personal challenge home. I've quite some ideas for it, and I think the exterior volume of the house is quite interesting. I even think the house is relatively cheap. But in all honesty I can't justify the money for a mere "curiosity" so I'm just going to skip it.2 -
