Possible Bug with War Maiden

I am posting more of a question than a statement about a bug. I had several people tell me that War Maiden is not working properly for magic damage spells? I play templar and I did see a drop in my overall damage this week. I am just curious if anyone else uses this set and has seen any issues with it. I looked through the forums for a topic about it with no luck. Maybe someone can tell me yes or no, thanks.
