Hate to bring this up with the plethora of other issues, but we really need a method for reporting players in game to ZOS for text chat abuse. At least on console, I'm not sure how it works on PC.

It should be fairly simple to add, you scroll up to the offending message(s), select it, and have an option to "Report Chat." Simple as that. This would send the offending message along with gamer tag directly to ZOS. As it stands now, the only reporting option in-game is to go to customer service, try to type the players name in, and then "submit feedback". It's clunky and there's no way on console to highlight the exact offense. Should be a fairly simple quality of life fix that improves the experience of everyone.

I get by with a little help from logic.

On PC you can right click on the offending player's name and it will fill in automatically, but I agree with what you say nonetheless. The "player report" system needs to be completely separate from the CS Ticket system. Often I just let abuse fly simply because I can't be bothered to (further) clutter up my CS ticket list with something that doesn't belong there to begin with.

The same idea applies for reporting bugs and glitches as well.
