I just soloed the Maormer Camp!!! Wow that took a lot of work. I guess I can no longer consider myself a novice at the game. :smiley:

I definitely need to get my weave down better but at least I have the shield usage down well.

    I used to solo them as well until ZOS decided to increase world boss health by 300%...

    I haven't soloed a world boss yet (haven't tried), but I did my first two veterans dungeons today. I'm pretty happy about that. :)

    What lvl are you if u don't mind. I can solo some but not all. Some WB hit like a rented mule.

    Before OT, when zones and content were still leveled I could solo some of the world bosses, but I only counted the ones where you got XP for being no more than 5 levels above the boss. Beyond that, even though I still did the content, I didn't count it as an accomplishment to myself. Now, since OT, I'm trying to recall soloing a boss, and to be honest, I can't recall doing one yet.

    Congrats!!! I love soloing world bosses. It's how I consider my characters to be "balanced". If you can solo a boss- then you've got enough surviability and DPS to be a hero in my book.
    Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

    Try soloing gargoyle boss in rivenspire his name is something Stoneskin and Caravan Crest in Deeshan and then go to veteran maelstorm arena and create another thread about how imbalanced it is.

    Oh yeah, that Gargoyle pit at the Valeguard Tower in Rivenspire isn't a joke. The Gargoyle boss himself isn't so bad, but those 6 or so stone minions of his (180k+ hp a piece, mind you) coming at you and those stone sorcs blasting you. Damn, you can't solo that anymore. Since this patch, I have seen a few sorc trying it (good efforts for trying).. but hilarious to watch. Ha ha. Rageclaw in Eastmarch is another crazy pit, or that Mad Ogre dude in Wrothgar. Yeah, prior to this patch, I was able to solo those and any other world bosses pit, even those in the DLC land. Yes, even the Throve Cove in Hew's Bane. Sadly, with this patch, most world bosses aren't soloable anymore. Even that guar boss at the Bittergreen pit in Deshaan has become brutal. Thank you ZOS/dev, you all son of a beaches. This game has become solo-unfriendly. Ha ha.

    Anyways, yeah, it's been a while into this game and didn't realized soloing a world boss can get somebody so enthused, as many do it as commonly as everyday. However, I'll go with the flow and let the OP have his (or her) glory. Hey, congrats. You go, dude. Good thrill, right..

    I'm about CP 450. I imagine if I had my rotation down better I could have done it sooner.

    @AcadianPaladin Yes it was. I literally shouted for joy when I got it done and my wife was in the other room and when she heard me she thought something was wrong. It was funny.
