Magic Damage (for Bretons and Weapons)

ESO needs some changes and additions some time ago. Here are my two suggestions!
Everyone agrees: The High Elves and Dark Elves stand a little above Breton when talking about Magicka and Damage builds. Perhaps the developers planned to put Breton in a more "defensive" position of magic, with passive: Spell Resistance. But I think this passive needs a rework! There is a way to balance, without Breton being too powerful.

[New] Racial passive name Spell Resistance
The other suggestion is:
A weapon (staff or wand) focused on Magic Damage! Yes, I want a "Wall of Elements" that causes Magic Damage! I want a weapon ultimate that causes Magic Damage! I've even thought about the passive weapon version of the Destruction Staff, Ancient Knowledge: increases your damage done with Magic Damage abilities by 3/6%.
I'm sure there would be a greater range of builds. Oh, Magicka Nightblade, Templar and Warden thank you!

- Increases your Magic Damage by 2/3/4% (ou 1/2/3%) and Spell Resistance by 1320/2640/3960.

✭✭✭✭✭Bretons are, lore-wise, a defensive spellcasting race. Therefore, no need for a Magic Damage bonus or any offensive bonus.

BigBadVolk✭✭✭✭✭I'll be happier if they would introduce Magic based weapons as you mentioned. Nightblades, templars and wardens would benefit from them, also some useless set would be so op (actually only War Maiden comes to my mind
