[BUG] @ZOS : Dawnbreaker is dodgeable

Hi.
Since Morrowind patch, the fighter s guild ultimate Dawnbreaker seems broken. Before Morrowind, you could miss it if you didn t hit were your target was. But now, it can be dodged ( by a roll dodge or by shuffle ).
Is that intended or is it a bug ?
(now it s by far weaker than dragon leap for exemple, which is undodgeable).

Mazio✭✭✭No dragon leap/take fly is 100% "undodgeable"
It's supposed to be but I had quite a few of my leaps dodged (actually showing the dodge text) and doing no damage when I took my DK for a night out in Cyro last week. And I have avoided taking damage from DK leaps myself, although sometimes they have a tendency to just whiff even if they landed straight on my head so leap is definitely not working properly somehow.
But back on topic, yeah DB is terrible to use right now because it doesn't seem to be following the undodgable AoE 'rule' that it should.Edited by Mazio on June 17, 2017 2:31PMUpdate 35- No Fun Allowed1 -
Magıc✭✭✭✭✭I thought it was just me seeing my leaps 'dodged'. I wasn't sure if I was seeing things, I guess not.
e: Although DB seems to be missing a lot more than leap is. Leap is missing occasionaly for me, DB is missing more than it's hitting. Maybe it's my rng.Edited by Magıc on June 17, 2017 2:58PM0 -
anathosdm✭✭✭I have just done some tests. Indeed it occurs sometimes with leap and need to be fixed.
But with Dawnbreaker, it s another issue : it is 100% dodgeabe, like a spammable ( whip etc )0 -
Sabbathius✭✭✭✭I don't know about dodged, but I often see Ults not firing. As in, I have destro ult up, I press the button, ult resets to zero, but nothing happens! No AoE, no damage, no nothing. Maybe that's what's happening with those ults, rather than dodge? Just misfires?0

I dodged few of them to be honest, I guess it's bugged too because you shouldn't be able to dodge neither Dawnbreaker or Leap and I am dodging both, it helps me a lot when I solo with my Nightblade but once I jump on my dk or stamsorc I feel the pain

Just on a sidenote: It seems that reporting a bug isn't enough anymore, if you like this fixed you should not only include a video of this bug, but a detailed desciption on how to reproduce it.
I have no idea, when ZOS decided to change their feedback-/Bug report-policy to these requirements, as no-one seemed to have been thinking about informing the player base about it, too, but @ZOS_GinaBruno's reply to this post (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/352683/unable-to-resurrect-player-ive-managed-to-reproduce-the-bug#latest) indicates the new policy beeing in place.
