Add one cp campaign

Magıc✭✭✭✭✭PC EU before Morrowind, Haderus was 3 bar pop across the board most nights with TF and Azura pop locked.
Since Morrowind, I think I've seen Haderus (almalexia?) at 2 bar pop two times (both times, it was only 2 factions at 2 bars, the last faction was 1 bar).
Meanwhile the Q's for TF (Vivec) have increased big time (EP were instant Q throughout prime time weekdays before Morrowind, now they are 40-50 Q's midway through prime time on weekdays and even worse on the weekends, and don't get me started on DC & AD Q's lol).0 -

✭✭✭✭Thats the thing, there wasnt "more CP players" prior to Morrowind. Haderus was a dead server, just like Almalexia is now.
Haderus was not a dead server, it was busy in prime time and pop locked on weekends. While it had it's issues, it worked as an overflow server, and now we don't have one.0 -

✭✭Keep CP out of PvP.
Cp is the only thing thats keeping proc sets at bay... so no dont keep cp out of pvp. No cp is more broken than cp atm.
Besides a lot of players worked hard to reach the cap...and then cp just gets removed from pvp, that's not how it works.

✭✭I think any plan to remove CP from PVP entirely is either a 'we don't know what to do so we'll try this' solution or a step in the direction of closing down PVP.
Not being a great PVP'er, I enjoy the below level 50 non cp campaign. Going from this to the vet non cp campaign is no comparison - even at CP160 - as you are up against people who have BiS gear, Maelstrom weapons, perfect rotations and animation canceling. At least in a cp campaign you can have decent sustain to stay alive longer and possibly get away.
Surely ZOS can't believe that the masses want non-cp campaigns. On PS4 NA, the old Azura non cp campaign was always empty and even now the new 30 day non cp is still empty.

✭So far on Xbox NA the 2 CP campaigns we have are pop locked for the most part other then AD on the 7 day CP campaign the usual have 2 bars EP and DC pop locked with a question and once prime time hits 3 bars AD. but they stay 3 bars in the 30 day CP campaign and EP hits 2 maybe 3 bars from time to time and DC stays at 1 to 2 bars.0
