Fixing bugs

So how do we the customers get bugs and problems fixed before some big patch? I am thinking you probably have that fix done before the the day of the next release. Group finder still removes you from the dungeon. Why did you add something that removes the group from the dungeon it was not needed.
You decisions to start a 15 minute timer to everyone at the start of a group finder was a bad idea (I know the timer was intended to encourage us to finish the group finder activity but that timer is activated even if you didn't chose to leave). Well it just makes me mad since your program kicks us out. Getting kick cause a whole set of problems like not everyone would get random XP bonus, we would lose our health and damage bonus and don't forget that 15 minute timer to encourage us to finish the dungeon that you kick me out of.
I have learned don't complain to your help desk. Help desk tell you you need to complain on the forum. What exactly does​ the help desk do if they can't or won't fix problems or relay problems to the people that can and will fix the problems?

So here are your forum suggestions.

1st fix stuff as soon as the programmer has repaired and tested the repair. Don't leave us griping about you and waisting our time with load screens and finding a work around

2nd don't try to control what we do this is orpg format. We don't need a 15 timer or to get removed from the dungeon. (Do not tell me "it's to encourage players to finish") you can thank help desk for me being here. (Help desk gave me a link and a password)

3rd you don't need to nerf us because some people are crying in PvP. When you do a nerf on us it should like the nerf on the Templars spear almost two years ago where the Templar healed an insane amount. Most of the Templars even agree that it was over powered. If your changing thing for PvP make that only in PvP.

4th why are you trying to control PvP and/or make all the classes equal. This game had four classes and it was great. The DK tank made for vet trials. The healer able to keep a NB alive even in vet trials. The sorc the master of AOE damage must need for vet trials. The NB with major single targets damage to shorten those long boss fights in vet trials. (After two years of nerfs I wonder what it would be like to have the original four classes unnerfed in a vet trials) put the classes back to full power.

5th if you wanted to introduce a new class just bring it in you don't need to make the classes weaker. Undo that damage

6th remember this is supposed to be PvP and pve. This is not supposed to be PvZ. ( Player vs zenamax) Stop with group 15 timer and stop group kicks stop nerfs unless extremely over powered. Give us some thing to fight for like a guild event that give us bonuses like controlling the scroll in PvP. Maybe every boss in every delve in every area killed give the guild members a bonus in stats. Completing all the world bosses, the dailys, ext ... Any of these could give us something different and would make the guild members stronger in PvP and PvE. PvP would now depend on PvE to give them extra buffs. Make the buff start on on Wednesday but the quest start on Monday so we have two day to get all the buff up.

    Since the introduction of DLCs and macro-transaction is been always PvD player vs developer and you always lose.
