Thanks. Yes, I saw that. Zina posted on June 9th. They said they are looking into it. It's now June 20th.
I am sure they are busy, but given their history (including their ineptitude on personal dealings) I am bumping and pushing because I don't trust them to follow up on something unless it becomes a headache.
It's likely Sony's issue but they are even more incompetent.
