Rendering issue when seated with skirts (Graht Climber's Active Wear)

Seated "naked" (underwear) seems ok, but when seated with a skirt (Graht Climber's Active Wear), there is this "issue":
Can this be fixed please?

Rusty_Blade✭✭yeah, it looks like they haven't really thought about this.
It looks like they've just popped a flat mesh and gave it some colour.0 -
Rusty_Blade✭✭Also when doing some everyday activities, like going up and down stairs, riding horses the same issue comes up.
Maybe have some undergarments visible. Or add shadow to darken the area.
