Can't go back to main quest Soul Shriven in Coldharbour

Hi there,
I'm playing ESO on PC North American server. I was in the middle of the main quest Soul Shriven in Coldharbour when the dungeon finder found me a team and teleported me to the dungeon. After the dungeon, however, I was teleported to Daggerfall instead of the quest map. Now I am stuck with the quest. The quest instructs "enter the undercroft", but I can't find a way back to the quest map. There is no option of abandoning the quest, and I tried to teleport to player who was doing the same quest but that failed too (can't teleport). I submitted a ticket and emailed the support team and they said they can't fix it and I should submit a report here.
So... this forum is my last hope now. Could the development team look into this issue? Also are other players out there experiencing the same problem?

✭✭✭✭✭Am I correct in thinking that was during the Wailing prison quest/tutorial? If so I'm not sure what you could do except for contact Support and ask them to push the quest along so you can at least continue from where it would have been once you entered Daggerfall. Yes this was during the tutorial part. I asked the support team about it but they said there wasn't much they could do. At this point I guess I will just keep emailing them while waiting on responses here QAQ

I'm pretty positive they CAN mark that quest as completed so you can then do the follwup quest. They have done it for folks before when a quest was bugged.. so should be able to.
