Desyncing After Morrowing Update

Ever since I downloaded the Morrowind Update, heavy attacking into jabs is causing my game to freeze. I have never had this issue before. I do not freeze if I light attack. It has made any sort of competitive play impossible. The video below shows what other people see, and then what I see.
